SOCIAL MEDIA STRATEGY, MANAGEMENT AND INTERNATIONALLY SCALABLE MARKETING
UMA Workspace is Technopolis Oyj’s coworking concept with a fresh Nordic design, offering efficient and inspiring work environments and related quality services in central locations. The UMA Workspace network is growing rapidly in major cities in the Nordic and Baltic Sea region.
We built a social media strategy for UMA Workspace iteratively in collaboration with the Technopolis staff. The cornerstones of the strategy are particularly the co-created objectives and metrics, brand personality and tone-of-voice, buyer personas and content concepts that emphasise the competitive advantages of the service and look like the brand.
RESULTS THROUGH NIMBLE COOPERATION
Our approach includes joint meetings where we use sales data from each market to help target advertising and plan content.
- Through the above means, we have been able to generate an increasing number of leads in every market.
- The CPA price for lead generation has been pushed down to €10
- The number of generated leads increased from zero to 90 per month
- Social media has become the most important lead channel
